I’m not going to lie: I love the idea of granola bars. They’re a quick and easy, go-to snack that can be made with healthy whole foods.
That being said, I am so not a fan of the whole execution of the lowly granola bar. Read More

Welcome to part deux of Fooduzzi’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Week! Did you catch my EPIC popcorn recipe on Monday? To say I’m obsessed is an understatement.
That being said, I am convinced that one simply cannot have a “Chocolate Peanut Butter Week” without including the king of all chocolate peanut butter confection: Buckeyes.Read More
I know I’ve said it before, but I think I should say it again so you know just how true of a statement this is: I am a huge snacker.
Like. Huge.
Mix that with my love of tradition, and I’m completely done for.
If you’ve been around Fooduzzi, you’ll know that I studied abroad in Italy. I was there for about three months, taking in all of the sights, sounds, and sustenance the “motherland” had to offer.

I mean, you can totally do that in your own kitchen, but eating it in a zany coffee shop makes the whole breakfast experience a little more special, don’tcha think?Read More
Let’s talk about kitchen fears, shall we?
Let me start off by saying that I lovelovelove to bake. There’s nothing more rewarding for me than handing a finely-crafted sweet treat off to a unsuspecting friend or family member on a special occasion. Birthdays, holidays, events, random days of particular kindness – I’ll literally bake for anything.Read More
You had to have known this was going to happen.
After making my creamy, dreamy Homemade Nutella Milk last week, did you really think I’d go without throwing it into oatmeal?Read More
