I’m not going to lie: I love the idea of granola bars. They’re a quick and easy, go-to snack that can be made with healthy whole foods.
That being said, I am so not a fan of the whole execution of the lowly granola bar. Read More

I don’t know about you, but I am a huge snacker.
When that clock hits 3:00, I’m done for. I love reaching into the pantry or fridge, picking out a sweet treat, and indulging in my little afternoon pick-me-up. I fall victim to the 3:00 PM munchies every.dang.day.Read More
I have a thing for all things mini.
Mini Coopers. Mini kittens. Mini fruit. Mini jewelry. But my ultimate weakness is mini utensils.Read More
I think it’s safe to assume that part of the difficulty of choosing whole foods is convenience.
Just walking to class, I pass a ton of cafes offering sugary caramel macchiatos, bigger-than-my-head-sized muffins, and cookies loaded with chocolate and candy. It would be convenient to grab one of these items to happily chug or munch on during class. And honestly, that was my routine freshman year.Read More
There are so many fun foodie experiments and ingredients I want to try now that I follow a plant-based diet. It’s actually pretty amazing; growing up, I always assumed that vegetarians’ and vegans’ diets were so restrictive. “What do they even eat?!” I remember asking my mom when a vegan family moved into our neighborhood (they were the talk of the town because of their dietary choices). “Eggs, milk, and butter are in everything!”
Oh, wee Alexa. How much you had to learn.Read More
Remember when I was talking about my love for the show Parenthood? Well, the real reason why I even started to watch it in the first place was due to my immense love for Gilmore girls. Lauren Graham, the wonderful actress who played Sarah Braverman on Parenthood, stared as clever Lorelai Gilmore on Gilmore girls. I have re-watched every GG episode multiple times (in fact, I’m working my way through the series yet again. Rory just graduated from Chilton. Tear.) T.G.F.N. (Thank God for Netflix)
I like to think I’m as witty as Lorelai and Rory, and I sort of have that blue eye, brown hair thing going on. From the first time I saw an episode, I wanted nothing more than to become a Gilmore.Read More
Because Fooduzzi is a safe place, I want to admit something to all of you: I often fall victim to the snack attack.
Hangryism runs deep within the Peduzzi household. My brother’s hangryness is so bad, that he eventually becomes adamant that he isn’t hungry and refuses to admit he just needs a fulfilling snack to get him back to his normal bright-eyed and bushy-tailed self. It’s just a lovely experience for all involved.Read More
